Our Mini Biscuit is 1/8" thick and 9/16" wide x 13/16" long. It's stamped out of fiberboard, so it's not for high stress joints, but it is perfect for small picture frames and more delicate assemblies. Joint depth is 5/16" on each side of the joint, or 5/8" overall. To be invisible, minimum stock width is 1" on butt joints and 3/4" on miters.
