Flavored Butters

Bread with butter taste every time. But the bread seasoned with butter, a special treatment for all individuals, should sooner or later.

Butter-flavored bread as breakfast muffins, cakes, quick breads and croissants are a family enjoys easy to enjoy a lazy afternoon on a weekend.

All these are prepared in herb butter quickly. Simply cream the butter and the other ingredient (s) together, the butter on a sheet of wax paper, roll into a log fileand refrigerate. Allow butter to soften before serving.

Note: Please use this butter in a day or two.

Orange Butter

1 stick unsalted butter softened
Grated rind of 1 large orange

Well, with scones, muffins, bread or fast.

MAPLE BUTTER

1 stick unsalted butter softened
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup

Try this in plain scones, bran muffins or banana bread.

Lemon butter

1 stick unsalted butter,softened
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel

Try this in a warm blueberry muffins.

CINNAMON BUTTER

1 stick unsalted butter softened
1 C. Honey
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Perfect on toast or biscuits.

Chocolate butter

1 stick butter, softened
4.1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Slather on fresh croissants and muffins.

Butter Pecan

1 stick unsalted butter softened
1.3 c. finely chopped pecans

This is greatPumpkin bread and gingerbread.

Herb butter is also good for pancakes or waffles, or try a bit 'hot cereal or porridge. Chances are, what you'll be happy with a little butter flavored with a little 'more butter.
